Our Purpose

Fathom Family Foundation exists to bring resources, care, & healing to every home through adoption assistance, marriage & family education, and a network of support for ministry families.

Our Story

Fathom Family Foundation started in the heart of Pastor Kyle & Taran Nelson over the course of an intense ministry season during late 2015 through the Spring of 2016. During this season it felt like God was taking a giant highlighter to the importance of healthy and godly marriages by bringing broken family after broken family to their doorstep to minister to. Throughout their ministry they’ve counseled, led conferences, and tried to set an example for a healthy and godly marriage.

In addition to the need for marriage & family education and healing, over the years they walked alongside several friends working hard through the process to adopt but wishing they could do more to support them financially. Since responding to the call to plant a church in 2012 they began to recognize a niche calling to help ministers who are burned out, hurting, and ready to give up to get spiritually healthy and get back in the mission field to which they are called. Fathom Family Foundation hopes to reach one family, one couple, one child at a time until every home reflects the beauty of God’s kingdom.

What We Believe

One God, creator and sustainer of all things, who exists in three persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit

The Bible as the inspired revelation of God and final authority for living out our faith.

The Deity and Humanity of Jesus, his sinless life and his miracles; his atoning death and bodily resurrection provide the only ground for justification, forgiveness, and salvation.

The ongoing work of the Holy Spirit in convicting, empowering, comforting, and guiding believers.

The unique and invaluable worth of each individual based entirely on God’s love and grace.
